Sims Freeplay does not deliver Sims because the game focuses on allowing players to create and control their own Sims within the virtual world. The game is designed to give players the freedom to customize their Sims, build homes, and create relationships with other Sims. Delivering Sims would take away from the core gameplay experience of the game, which is centered around player creativity and decision-making. **
